We are looking to recruit a Deputy Nurse Manager (RMN Qualified), on behalf of a small dementia nursing service in Halifax, West Yorkshire. We are looking for an experienced RMN looking to take the next step in their career, or a Clinical Lead / Deputy Home Manager looking for a new challenge.

You will be working as Deputy Nurse Manager within a purpose built nursing home which provides dementia and nursing care to 25 elderly residents. This is a well-respected organisation which has been operating for almost 40 years with over 400 services across the UK.

The successful candidate will take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and help manage the Service to the highest standards and be clinically strong. As deputy nurse manager, you will be required to line manage a team of staff and have knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant legislation ensuring they comply with the requirements of CQC and other statutory regulators

The role is part supernumery and part leading on the floor working 40 hours a week, with a competitive salary of £23ph, annual salaries are circa £45,000. There are excellent progression opportunities within the organisation and the opportunity to do an NVQ in Management.

To be considered for this role, you will be an RMN Registered Nurse with excellent dementia care experience and ideally some experience working in a supervisory role.
