THE ROLE:

* As an experienced RGN or RMN, you will have full professional accountability for the clinical management of the home.

* You will develop a planned programme of care, recorded and reviewed at regular intervals for each individual resident in line with Policy and Procedures, CQC Essential Standards of Quality and Safety and NMC standards.

* Skilled in leading and inspiring your team, you will oversee the provision of nursing care and administration of medication as prescribed by the Doctor.

* With strong organisational skills, you will hold responsibility for ensuring the safekeeping, handing and recording of drugs as directed by NMC Administration of Drugs Guidelines and Policies.

* A talented communicator, you will be encouraged to provide advice and discuss improvements of care and services as appropriate.
