Care Management Nurse

My client is a leading Private Healthcare Company providing a range of Healthcare services both UK wide and internationally.

Currently they have some excellent opportunities for experienced General Nurses to play a key role within their Case Management team.

As a Case Manager the position involves working a varied caseload of patients and overseeing and evaluating the treatment they have been receiving and their progress in recovery.

Where required the role will also involve making referrals and advising on alternative care plans and therapy to assist in patient's recovery.

At all times the needs of the patient will be paramount to the role.

Candidates should ideally be a fully qualified Registered General Nurse with several years post registration experience coupled with excellent communication skills.

The role would suit General Nurses who are looking for a new challenge and perhaps also a move away from working shifts on the wards to a more regular work / life balance.
