Deputy Nurse Manager
Mountain Ash
£40,000-£45,000
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinical lead / deputy manager to join a UK leading care provider in their Mid Glamorgan Nursing Home which provides general and dementia nursing. The Home Manager of this 42 bed service is looking for a strong clinical Deputy Manager to support them in the day to day running of the home, part of your role would be to manage the clinical team, ensure compliance and high standards of care while developing the clinical care provided.
We are looking for an experienced nurse / clinical lead / deputy manager with a valid NMC PIN, 3 years experience working within a nursing home sector and great communication skills.
