£17 - £18 p/h + Paid Breaks – Up to £44.9K/Band 6 Equivalent | 36/48 Hour Contracts – Nights | Elderly Nursing Home

One of Bristol’s leading elderly nursing homes is looking to recruit an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for elderly care to work full time nights.

The fully CQC compliant home provides round the clock care and support to older adults with age related frailties and dementia nursing needs in a home from home setting.

Details of this Night Nurse role and what the home is offering:

• A permanent contract to work full-time nights, with contracts to work 3 or 4 nights per week (36 or 48 hours) available

• Industry leading pay rates of £17 to £18 per hour plus paid breaks, which is in line with NHS Band 6 rates and equates to a salary of up to £44,930 for 4 nights at the higher rate and

• Ongoing training and development programmes in addition to support revalidating

What we are looking for in a Night Nurse:

• NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA, Mental Health Nurse/RMN/RMHN, or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD

• Demonstrate proven post-registration experience in a UK nursing home or similar long-term elderly care setting and passionate about caring for older people

• Confident managing care, administering medications and coordinating HCAs in the delivery of personal care
