Staff Nurse - Mental Health and Complex Care Rehabilitation

Location: Northampton

Salary: £29,250 - £36,699 per annum ( £15.00 - £18.82 p/h )

Hours: Full Time and Part Time hours are available - you can choose depending on your preference (options of: 11.5 hours, 23 hours, 34.5 hours or 37.5 hours). The hospital can also consider fixed shifts.

Shifts: Options of Days only ( Apply) or Nights only ( Apply ) or Mixed shifts on a rotational basis - you can choose depending on your preference

Contract: Permanent

Further Details: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified or experienced RGN, RMN, or RNLD ( Mental Health Nurse, Learning Disabilities Nurse or Adult Nurse ) to work within a Mental Health, Learning Disabilties and Brain Injuries Hospital in Northampton

We have 95 beds all together across 7 different wards

5 x 14 bed wards

1 - Female Open Ward - General Mental Health

1 - Male open Dual Diagnosis - mental health and learning disabilities

1 - Male Open Slow Stream Rehabilitation (Mental Health)

1 - Male Closed Slow Stream rehabilitation (Mental Health)

1 - Male Open Organic Brain Injuries

1 x 15 bed open ward - Male continuing care

1x 10 bed Locked Male Neurological Rehabilitation

Our locked rehabilitation services have been designed for men (with separate provision for women) of working age, whose complex mental health needs and risk factors require treatment in a secure hospital ward. As they move along their journey towards integration with the community inpatients participate in a range of activities, both within the hospital and in the community, to develop their independent living skills

Service Details:

Shifts : The Hospital can accommodate part-time or full-time hours and they can be flexible with shifts. They are happy to consider fixed shift patterns and they are happy to consider nurses who prefer working days only or nights only. Their shift pattern is 0800 am- 8.00pm (days) and 0800pm - 8.00am (nights). Please state if you have any preferences on your hours and/or shift pattern in your application
