Earning up to £39,145.60 based on a 40-hour working week, you will take on the role of a Clinical Nurse Manager, to lead the clinical team in Leeds supporting the Home Director in all aspects of running a successful health care provision. You'll work in a newly established specialist centre, which means you have the fantastic opportunity to help create the most amazing home and team environment.

This is a full-time Clinical Nurse Manager role based on a 40 hour week, paying up to £39,145.60. You will have experience of working in a variety of healthcare settings, and you will lead a team of Registered Nurses and Support Workers during your shifts making sure our clients healthcare provision fully meet medical, physical and emotional requirements of adults in your care. Ensuring compliance with their clinical governance framework, you will mentor and motivate colleagues, champion safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement. Is this RN role for you?

As a qualified Registered Nurse RGN, RMN or RNLD, with a current PIN who is passionate about delivering quality care, you'll be responsible for providing collaborative leadership to develop and improve the standard of daily living of those in your care. You will always strive to provide great quality holistic care, making every day better than the last, maintaining independence and dignity.
