Our esteemed and highly regarded client is recruiting a new Clinical Lead / Nurse Manager to join the management team within a fantastic nursing home in the outskirts of Portsmouth.

Our client has a new requirement for a Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager / Clinical Services Manager. You will work alongside the home manager to oversee all nursing care delivery. Your role will be to assist the Manager in running the home and managing a junior Nurses, care staff etc. The role will be clinical and will be supernumery.
All applicants are required to be a qualified nurse with an RGN / RMN qualifications. Experienced nurses moving from a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Unit Lead, Nurse or Home Manager with strong clinical experience will be considered for this role.
