A 35+ bedded elderly nursing home in Hereford currently requires an RGN or RMN Registered Nurse to join their clinical team on full-time nights.

The fully CQC compliant home offers round the clock care and support to older people living with dementia and associated cognitive impairments, and provides a safe, stimulating, and homely setting for residents to enjoy.

Details of this Night Nurse role and what the home is offering:

• A permanent contract to work 36 hours per week on permanent night shifts, which will include some weekends

• Competitive hourly pay rates of £18.00 plus paid breaks, which is in line with NHS Band 6 rates and equates to an annual salary in the region of £33,700

• A comprehensive induction programme and ongoing learning and development opportunities

What we are looking for in a Staff Nurse:

• NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA or Mental Health Nurse/RMN

• Ideally demonstrate some post-registration experience (preferably within an elderly care setting) although newly qualified nurses will also be considered for this position

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive, proactive approach and committed to delivering the highest standards of care
