We are currently hiring for multiple Scrub Nurses to join our rapidly growing agency. At Applocum, we currently supply Agency Nurses to a wide range of leading private hospitals and NHS hospitals throughout the UK and we need more fantastic nurses or ODPs to join our team of professionals!

About The Role: As an agency nurse you will be placed in to a suitable site that coincides with your availability – due to the nature of locum work this site may change. At that site you will represent AppLocum and assist in the surgical procedures planned for that day (your consultant will discuss which lists you can scrub in to safely and comfortably).

While working with us it is likely that you will:

Actively participate (scrub) in the surgical procedure.

Assisting the department with planned tasks/duties.

Covering work of senior members while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times (senior positions only).

Travel to various sites within an agreed upon radius; receiving a generous rate and making a fantastic difference!

Maintain weekly communication with your consultant – we like to be friendly at AppLocum, we’re here to solve a problem for you and not make any.

What Rates Can I Expect? We always offer you the most competitive rate possible and we strive to get you exactly what you want. Rates will vary across our clients sites and depending on a few factors such as: notice of shift, time of shift, client, travel distance and many more. You can expect to earn no less than £28 per hour and up to £36 – this does not mean you could not earn more with us! But we like to give you the realistic expectation
