We have a new Practice Nurse vacancy in Leeds, they are looking for someone to join their forward-thinking clinical team for around 20 hours a week.

The surgery have a Good CQC report, great patient reviews and a diverse clinical team comprised of 3 HCAs, 2 PNs, as well as a Paramedic, Pharmacist and Community Matron. You'll be taking on the responsibility of running clinics autonomously seeing patients for Cytology, Immunisations, Vaccinations, Dressings and Chronic Disease Management.

Ideally you will be confident with checks and reviews for a mixture of Asthma, COPD, Diabetes and CHD patients. Diploma's in these skills would be very beneficial for an application although not essential.

This surgery was rated in the top ten for patient satisfaction and focus on providing excellent patient care. They have around 10,000 patients on their list and have a strong local community.

If successful you'll receive a salary of around £18-£19 per hour, NHS pension, indemnity and 6 weeks annual leave + bank holidays.
