Our Client is a private mental health hospital, based on the outskirts of Stoke in Staffordshire, which is specifically designed to support both men and women on their recovery journey. The personalised care they provide supports people to reach their goals and navigate their own positive steps towards recovery. To enhance the care provided they are looking to recruit a Clinical Psychologist to join their team.

Reporting directly to the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive psychological formulations, individual and group interventions, diagnostic and cognitive assessments, MDT working and risk assessments. You will also facilitate staff reflective practice sessions and provide supervision to your peers.

Criteria

· British Psychological Society or a recognised training body qualification

· Registration with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist and Chartered Status with the British Psychological Society

· Experience of working therapeutically with personality disorders and complex mental health difficulties

· Management and supervision experience
