Registered Nurse

Location: Newbury, Berkshire

Salary: £32,600- £43,400 per annum (£18.00 - £19.00 per hour) + excellent benefits

Hours: Full Time or Part Time hours available (22,33,44)

Shifts: Day or Night Shifts available

Contract type: Permanent

Nursing Home Details: I am looking for highly motivated nurses either newly qualified or experienced RN, RNLD, RMN, RGN, adult nurse, mental health nurse, learning disability nurse to work within a beautiful family friendly care home located in Newbury, Berkshire.

This is a great opportunity for a friendly and passionate Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD/RN ) to join a forward thinking and leading healthcare provider in their lovely nursing homes in Newbury, Berkshire . The home provides person centred care to elderly residents with a range of physical disabilities .

This versatile service also provides specialist palliative, respite and dementia care . This bright and modern care home provides a welcoming atmosphere for both the residents and their families. The home boasts excellent facilities including a cinema room, hair salon and a beautiful garden for residents to relax and unwind.

Purpose of Role: To achieve the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care and effective supervision of Colleagues. To take management responsibility for a shift as directed.

Shift pattern and Hours: Unlike a hospital setting Nursing home can be much more accommodating with regards to more flexible shift patters. The manager can consider Fulltime/Part time/Days/Nights or Mixed shifts.

Newly Qualified Nurses: If you are about to be a newly qualified nurse please apply, we can offer fantastic support and training that has been approved and signed of by the NHS. The average starting salary with the private sector is considerably more than the NHS Shift Pattern and Salary: The home can be very accommodating with shifts offering full time and part time, days and nights depending on your preference, the home can also look at fixed shifts in certain circumstances and shifts are usually start 8/8. Salaries are usually higher than NHS and can be negotiable dependant on experience
