Deputy Nurse Manager ( RGN or RMN or RNLD ) - Nursing Home

Location: Tetbury, Gloucestershire

Care Categories: Nursing and Palliative Care for older adults

Salary: up to £18.50 per hour ( £42,300 per annum ) - negotiable dependant on experience + £1,000 welcome bonus on top

Hours: Full time hours - 44 hours per week (mixture of nursing and supernumerary shifts)

Shifts: Days shifts (8am - 8pm)

Contract type: Permanent

Further details: We are looking for highly motivated experienced registered nurse RGN, RMN OR RNLD to take on Clinical Lead role within a supportive and friendly Nursing Home located in Tetbury, Gloucestershire. The Nursing Home has a very positive and supportive work environment with a brilliant long-standing team. The have a very low staff turnover and staff morale is very high. The are very big on staff development and training. They also have a buddy system where you will have an experienced mentor for support if you would like it when you join the team.
