Theatre Practitioner - Private Hospital - RN / ODP              

Specialist Private Hospital - Huddersfield               

£30,000 - £34,000 per annum

Compass Associates are currently assisting in the search for Theatre Practitioners to work in a specialist private hospital in Huddersfield. With hospitals spread across the UK, this organisation are one of the leading brands for private healthcare - being recognised for a variety of services.

 

This particular private facility has 2 theatres, an endoscopy suite and are specialists in the pre- and post-operative care for orthopaedics, cosmetics, general, gynae, ENT and urology.

The Candidate                

   

This is an opportunity for an experienced Theatre Practitioner to join a highly reputable company. You will have surgical experience from a similar setting of theatres, or a day case unit and this could be from either NHS, or Private Hospitals, all will be considered.                    

          

Requirements                

   

- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Operating Department

Practitioner (ODP) qualification  

- Current NMC/ HCPC  registration    

- Previous Scrub / Anaesthetics / Recovery  experience                

- Evidence of on-going professional development    

- Computer Literate      

- Positive and flexible attitude    

- Problem solving and analytical skills        

- Excellent communication skills            

             

Procedures Mainly Covered  

       

- Orthopaedics        

- Gynaecology        

- Ophthalmic Surgery          

- Endoscopy              

- General Surgery    

         

Salary & Benefits

 

There is a salary of £30K - £34K on offer, depending on experience.
