Are you looking for an exciting new Deputy Staff Manager role in Banstead with a competitive salary of £50,000 to £55,000pa? Leaders In Care is currently looking for an exceptional Deputy Manager to work in a full-time, permanent role. You'll be responsible for providing the highest quality of care and support to a specialist residential, nursing and dementia care home provider for older people.
As the Deputy Manager, you will lead the delivery of a quality and comprehensive dementia care and nursing care service within our client's home. You will have dedicated management time to ensure effective running and allocation of work to a team of Staff Nurses, and lead a culture that endorses our client's values and ethos.
The Deputy Staff Manager role comes with a salary equivalent to NHS Band 8A/B, a £1,000 welcome bonus and other benefits including paid NMC fees, an annual bonus scheme, free meals and a personalised training plan. To progress your application, you must have valid RGN or RMN NMC registration and have experience of managing a team within a health and social care setting with older people.

As a Deputy Manager in Banstead flexible working will involve 42 hours per week, including some weekends and on-call duties. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining excellent clinical performance and health & safety standards
- Advising the Service Support Manager on clinical-care matters
- Lead the nursing and care team
