An experienced RGN/Adult Nurse is required to join a specialist care centre in the Harlow area and work as Team Leader.
The facility specialises in slow-stream rehabilitation and supports adults living with neurological conditions, brain injuries and complex care needs.

As Team Leader, you will coordinate clinical service delivery, manage clinical records and ensure an effective, high-quality service which meets the needs of service users. You will be responsible for leading shifts and you will manage a team of RNs and HCAs.
What we are looking for:
• NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA
• Demonstrate previous experience in complex/neurological care, with supervisory experience
• Confident leading shifts, coordinating care and supervising junior staff
• Ideally you will have completed post-registration studies relevant to this role, and will be willing to further professionally develop
