Job Description

I am looking for qualified NMC Registered General Nurse (RGN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) and Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to come and work as a permanent Clinical Unit Manager for an extremely reputable nursing home based in Stoke-on-Trent.£38,200 + £1,000 welcome bonus!

Position: Clinical Unit Manager

Salary: £16.73 per hour (full time: £38,200 per annum ) - Negotiable doe + £1000 welcome bonus

Hours: 22, 33 or 44 hours dependant on preference

Shifts: Days (8/8) - very flexible

To be a successful candidate for this registered nurse position, you should be compassionate, professional with a caring nature and a good communication skills. You have an eye for detail and are super organised. You must be an experienced registered nurse (RGN, RMN & RNLD) with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council pin. #readyforwork

As the nurse manager you will be responsible for a specific part of the home and delivering the very best level of care. You will take responsibility for all aspects of care within the home, whilst promoting our key values of choice, dignity and respect. Always seeking to share your clinical knowledge and experience, you will provide valuable support to members of the home's care team, offering valuable guidance and assistance

The nursing home provides an ideal environment for older people who are looking for nursing care and residents living with dementia. Facilities include palliative, convalescent and respite care.
