Time Recruitment are assisting a community not for profit company who specialise in specialist nursing care and local sheltered housing care in its search for an exemplary Registered Nurse for one of their facilities in Marshfield, Cardiff.

Currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse they are keen to expand staffing levels on their General and Dementia nursing units; the service as a whole has 75 beds; a 15 bedded dementia unit and a 25 bedded general nursing unit; specifically designed to be small units so individualised and personalised care can be offered.

The dementia unit has 2 staff nurses and a unit manager on during the day and has the best staff nurse to patient ratio's in the area and comes recommended from CSSIW; the general nursing unit operates with 2 staff nurses and a unit manager also with a generous amount of skilled care staff.
