Registered Nurse
Location: Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham
£16.50 - £17.00 per hour (£32,175 per annum) + Paid Breaks + Paid Handover
Days - 37.5 hours

We are proud to be working alongside a specialist luxury independent nursing provider in the commutable area of Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham specialising in general nursing, gold standard palliative care and dementia nursing care setting in its search for a Registered Nurse.

We are leading the search for a Registered Nurse qualified to join this well established and recently renovated service; with stunning décor; an array of lounges and engaging activities for its residents; this is independently lead with a real family feel and a long standing clinical team who are approachable and the definition of innovative leaders; consistently endorsing others and promoting development.

The service is also undergoing further extension and renovation for a cinema and sensory room alongside having piano and activity centres across each floor; alongside a hairdressers on-site alongside stunning sensory gardens and highly re-furbished rooms.

With 74 residents across three units; ensuring each unit has no more than 25 beds in total; the service boasts incredible Registered Nurse to patient ratio's with 3 Registered Nurses on days and 2 Registered Nurses on nights and an array of well trained; supervised care staff teamed with a long standing nurse trained home manager on shift and clinical manager.

The clinical skills used and available to gain via their internal and external Registered Nurse training packages are:

- Syringe driver
- Peg feeding
- Catheterisation
- Verification of death
- Exemplary Palliative Care
- Venepuncture
