Clinical Unit Manager - NURSE
  • Service: Purpose Built Nursing Home
  • Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire
  • Care category: Dementia, Old Age, Physical Disability, Palliative Care
  • Position: Clinical Unit Nurse Manager
  • Salary: £19.00 per hour £43,400 annum - negotiable depending on experience
  • Hours: 44 hours, mixture of supernumerary and floor hours
  • Shifts: Depending on your preference days, nights or mixed shift patterns available, shifts are 8/8
  • Contract: Permanent

Further details: I am looking for an experienced NMC Registered Adult Nurse (RGN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to come and work as a permanent member of staff for an extremely reputable nursing home based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. The home is a purpose-built care home offering residential and nursing care caring people with dementia, old age, physical disabilities and Palliative care. You must have a valid UK NMC pin to apply for this position.

Role: As the Clinical Services Manager you will be responsible for a specific part of the home and delivering the very best level of care. You will take responsibility for all aspects of care within the home, whilst promoting our key values of choice, dignity and respect. Always seeking to share your clinical knowledge and experience, you will provide valuable support to members of the home's care team, offering valuable guidance and assistance
