What you'll need to offer:
You'll need to be a Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) with a current NMC PIN, NHS experienced, RMN/RNLD qualified and with Nurse Unit Manager experience. You'll have experience in previous healthcare jobs of leading a team of nurses and will have a background in inpatient services or community outreach.
If you'd have been working here as a Nursing Unit Manager last week, you may have found yourself:
- Managing all aspects of staff activity, including supervision and development
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the care service
- Assisting and encouraging people with all aspects of their support plan
You will be compliant with health and safety requirements and should be happy to undertake any additional training which is deemed necessary for your role.
