A small private nursing home in Horsham currently has a vacancy for an RGN or RMN Staff Nurse to join their clinical team on nights.
The fully CQC compliant home is independently owned and operated and offers general elderly/medical nursing care packages in a home from home setting with a strong team already in place.
Details of this Staff Nurse vacancy and what the successful candidate can expect to receive:
• 36 hours per week on a permanent basis
• Night shifts only
• Very competitive rates of pay in the region of £17 - £19 per hour, which is in line with NHS Band 6 rates of pay
• Paid breaks
As Staff Nurse, you will manage and implement care for a caseload of residents in the home, ensuring care plans are up to date and meeting both resident needs and legal requirements. You will also safely manage and administer drugs and medications, in addition to leading a team of HCAs on shift in the delivery of high-quality care.
What we are looking for in a Staff Nurse:
• NMC Registered Nurse - Adult/RGN or Mental Health/RMN
• Approachable with a friendly nature
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive approach and committed to delivering the highest standards of care
