We are working with a private care provider that operate a portfolio of care homes across the North and specialise in providing high quality care in older people's services. My client is looking for a proactive manager for a medium sized care home that provides nursing, residential and dementia care for elderly people.
The successful candidate must be an experienced, committed, and personable manager who genuinely has a passion for elderly care. The client requires someone who has worked within an elderly care home and preferably ran a 'Good' rated care home or has experience in similar projects.
The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that their focus is to provide high quality care. This position requires a commercially aware person who can recruit, retain, and motivate a competent staff team, as well as being comfortable with budgeting and marketing the home to attract new residents.
This role is based in near Newcastle, and is commutable from Sunderland, South Shields, Gateshead, Whitley Bay, Cramlington, Washington & Blyth

My client is seeking an experienced Home Manager preferably with exposure to management of an elderly care home, where the successful candidate can lead on running a successful care home in line with CQC requirements. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of up to £45k - £50k
