Deputy Nursing Home Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per hour

On behalf of my wonderful client I am seeking a deputy nursing home manager to support in the day to day running of this medium sized Nursing Home based in the Southport area. The company experts in providing nursing and residential care to the elderly and people living with dementia. Role and Responsibilities of the Deputy Nursing Home Manager:
The successful Deputy Nursing Home Manager will support an experienced Nursing Home Manager in the day to day running of this beautiful nursing home. In addition, you will support with training and recruitment of staff, taking the lead on shift and staff appraisals.
Experience Required of the Nursing Home Manager:
• You will have experience of working in a Nursing Home setting in a senior or managerial capacity - managing small teams of people.
• Excellent and up to date clinical skills.
• You will have an excellent understanding of safe guarding procedures and CQC regulations.
• NVQ Level 5 (or working towards).
• It is essential that you will also be a Registered Nurse with Current NMC PIN (RGN or RMN).
