£40,000 - £45,000
Purosearch are working with a leading organisation who provide expert nursing care to the elderly and people living with Dementia.
This position would be suitable for an experienced Deputy Nursing Home Manager, Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse or Nurse qualified Unit Manger.
The Nursing Home is medium in size and has a wonderful local reputation. It is a stable Nursing Home, which is fully staffed with policies and procedures firmly embedded. Is it based in the heart of a small village in Stockport, tucked away on a quiet road, with access to a range of wonderful shops and cafes.
The successful Deputy Nursing Home Manager will receive a very attractive salary of up to £45,000 per annum dependant on experience. Within this fantastic, ethical company, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your career, as bespoke training will be provided.
The Deputy Nursing Home Manager:
You will be a highly experienced nurse (RMN/ RGN) who is passionate about providing the best care possible to all your residents with a hands on approach to management. You will also have excellent clinical skills and have experience of managing small teams of people. Within this role you will work hand in hand to support the Home Manager within the day to day running of this highly successful Nursing Home. You will also support and manage the nursing staff team, and complete a variety of office hours and shifts on the floor.
Role and Requirements of the Deputy Home Manager:
•Management experience at Senior Nurse/ Clinical Lead / Deputy Home Management / Unit Manager level.
•Nursing qualification (RGN or RMN Active Pin no restrictions).
•You will have excellent knowledge and understanding of CQC requirements
•NVQ Level 5 Leadership and Management (or working towards).
•Excellent clinical skills.
•Experience of carrying out assessments.
•Experience of producing detailed care plans.
•Excellent communication skills a people person.
