This newly refurbished care home in Warrington currently has a vacancy for an RGN qualified Unit Manager to join and lead their clinical team on a full-time basis. This fully compliant care home provides first class nursing care to elderly residents and supports those with physical disabilities.
Details of this Unit Manager RGN role and what the successful candidate will receive:
• 42 hours per week on a permanent basis

This Unit Manager RGN role will involve leading a team within the home and coordinating, managing and monitoring care within the unit, ensuring the highest standards of resident care and safety.

• NMC registered Adult General Nurse/RGN
• Experienced in an elderly and dementia care environment
• Demonstrate some experience in a leadership role in a clinical environment
• Confident leading a team and happy to get involved with the practical delivery of care
