Job Description

Forest Assessment Unit

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work with the friendly Consultant led multi-disciplinary team on Forest Assessment Unit. We are a 10 bedded 24/7 busy frailty unit caring for patients who need tests and interventions to ensure a safe same or next day discharge. The unit is based adjacent to the Emergency Department and is very fast paced and you need to be able to adapt to the changing work load while ensuring the delivery of compassionate and high quality care.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced registered nurse who is dedicated and committed, with an interest in frailty and has the ability to support a team of nursing staff to provide high quality dignified care to our patients in a safe environment. There will be an opportunity for development and to undertake the Older People Care Modules at South Bank University. If you possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, have the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team of staff and have a specialist interest in developing the service we provide then please apply.
