Ward A528 - Older Adults Medicine

If you enjoy providing excellent care to older people whilst empowering and teaching your team to work towards a common goal, then this is the job for you. Ward A528 is looking to recruit a new senior staff nurse. Each day will hold a new story as you care for some of the most interesting people you will ever meet.

If successful you will be joining a friendly and supportive team, with the scope to enhance your communication and leadership skills on a busy ward. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to work together with the multidisciplinary team whilst enhancing the patient's hospital experience.

As a senior staff nurse it is important that you are committed to providing clear and effective leadership to enable the nursing team to develop both practically and professionally to deliver a quality service for our patients. We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic and driven individual with excellent organisational skills who can help the team to reach their potential.

A keen interest in working with older people is essential for this role. Support and guidance will be provided to the successful candidate from both the Ward Sister and Matron to help develop leadership skills.
