A leading Cheshire nursing home is currently looking to recruit qualified RGN, RNLD or RMN to lead their clinical team on nights as the Night Mianager. .
The home is in the Congleton area and offers elderly, dementia and disability nursing care packages in a home from home setting.
Details of this Night Nurse Manager vacancy and what the home is offering:
• 36 hours per week
• Days only
• Great hourly rates of pay of £18.00 which is equivalent to NHS Band 6 rates
• Paid Breaks
As Night Manager RGN/RMN/RNLD, your responsibilities will involve providing clinical leadership and line management to the care and nursing teams, along with coordinating clinical services during the night shift. You will ensure the safety and security of the service during the night shift, undertaking regular rounds to monitor quality assurance, assisting with emergencies and providing clinical support.
What our client is looking for in a Night Nurse Manager:
• Qualified Adult Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities/RNLD
• NMC Registered
• Able to effectively create and manage care plans and undertake clinical risk assessments
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and leadership skills
• Good knowledge and understanding of CQC essential standards and Health and Safety legislation
