Unit Nurse Manager - Care Home with Amazing benefits!!!

* Location : Wednesbury, West Midlands

* Position: Unit Manager

* Care Categories: Dementia, Old Age & Sensory Impairment

* Service: General and mental health care in older Adults

* Resident Admission Age: 65 years +

* Salary: £16.50 per hour (£34,300 per annum) - negotiable depending on experience, qualifications and capabilities

* Hours: Full time 40 Hours per week

* Shifts: Night shifts

* Contract type: Permanent

*Paid NMC PIN renewal, we cover your annual registration fee £120

*Paid DBS Check

Nursing Home Details: I am looking for highly motivated experienced nurse RGN, RMN or RNLD to work within a beautiful family friendly care home located in Wednesbury, West Midlands . The home is a friendly care home located just outside the lovely market town of Wednesbury in the West Midlands, which offers nursing and residential memory care for those living with dementia. All staff are caring and jolly with the biggest hearts, every member of the team is affectionate understanding all Residents and their individual needs.

Role: As the Unit manager you will be responsible for a specific part of the home and delivering the very best level of care. You will take responsibility for all aspects and areas of care within the home, whilst promoting our key values of choice, dignity and respect. Always seeking to share your clinical knowledge and experience, you will provide valuable support to members of the home's care team, offering valuable guidance and assistance
