Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a band 5 RMN to join our caring, compassionate and hard working team. We welcome applicants from both experienced and newly registered nurses.

Juniper Ward is an 18 bed mixed adult acute unit working with Service Users with severe and enduring mental health needs and their carers during times of crisis.

We have a strong multi-disciplinary team which sees our nursing, medical and therapies teams working collaboratively whilst providing support and education for all.

Our nurses are passionate, innovative, dynamic and enthusiastic and practice great therapeutic skills which is reflected in our low use of PMVA and restricted practice

We are committed to developing our staff and support them in their areas of interests.

We offer a comprehensive induction and for newly registered nurses a preceptorship package.

Any interested applicants are welcome to come and meet us to have a look around and discuss the role.

Juniper Ward is in Weston Super Mare, North Somerset. It is situated along the M5 and only a short commute to Bristol.
