Paediatric Complex Care Nurse

Our Client specialises in the philosophy of holistic personalised care packages in Children’s Complex Healthcare and consists of a team of Registered Clinical Nurse Managers, Clinical Educators, Paediatric Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.

We are currently seeking dedicated, caring and highly motivated Paediatric Nurses who are passionate about supporting children and young adults with complex health needs in their own homes and educational settings across the London area providing commitment to the children our Client supports ensuring good quality of care. Your role extends to include supporting as well the family as they are at the centre of the child's circle of support.

If interested, you should:

Be flexible and committed to cover different shift patterns - starting from a minimum of 6 hours per shift or up to 12 hours per shift

Have strong interpersonal skills

Be punctual and reliable

Ability to understand what the role entails

Have a strong understanding of the meaning of lone working

Confident to accompany our clients on days out if/where necessary

Previous experience of working with children with the following clinical requirements: Seizure Management, PEG Feeding, Tracheostomy, Ventilation.
