Hutton ward is a 27 bedded (trauma and orthopaedic ward) with a strong focus and safe discharge planning. We need an enthusiastic, experienced registered nurse who has demonstrable leadership qualities and a commitment and drive to develop patient centered care.
We are seeking a motivated and innovative RN with excellent communication skills to join our ward and be part of our team.
You will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in this role you'll work directly in the ward, advising and supporting the development of high quality patient care. You will ensure patients are safe, cared for efficiently and effectively. You will work in collaboration with the Senior Sister and the ward team.
The successful candidate will have opportunities for personal and professional development, involvement in wider organisational projects to support the delivery of high quality standards of care.

Weston super Mare has grown to become one of the country's most popular seaside destinations, with a fabulous sandy beach, donkey rides and candy floss. The beach is complemented by lively bars, popular restaurants and of course, the famous pier, which was severely damaged by fire in July 2008 and re-opened to great acclaim in 2010.

The large, diverse cities of Bristol and Bath are only a short journey by car or train, and our convenient location just off Junction 21 of the M5 means the rest of Somerset, Devon and Cornwall are virtually on the doorstep.
