The Surgical Clincial Academic Group comprises of 55 Theatre Suites spread across 5 sites which are the Royal London Hospital, St Bartholmews Hospital , The London Chest Hospital, Whipps Cross Hospital and Newham University Hospital.

We at Whipps Cross Theatres are looking to recruit an experienced Recovery nurse to work in our 24 hour recovery team, covering our busy Emergency Service.

Our Theatres are currently undergoing a major new Theatre Build with 2 New Theatres opening this year and 2 more planned to follow.

The Theatre Adult and Paediatric casemix is challenging and specialities include: Upper and Lower GI, Urology, Maxillofacial , Head and Neck, ENT, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics and Trauma, Paediatric Surgery and Day Surgery.

The Theatre teams are passionate getting it right for patients and their families and in order to achieve this we are looking to appoint enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic individuals. Once appointed you will be developed over 12 months, attending Pain Workshops and The Immediate Life Support Course
