Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Nurse to lead the service at our clients busy Neuro Rehab team in the capacity of Service Manager at their unique purpose-built Neurological Care and Neuro-Rehab Centre based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will;

Deliver excellence in the strategic and day to day operational management of the centre.

Ensure the effective running of allocated unit through budgetary and personnel management

Ensure that the unit is compliant with their obligations under CQC regulations

Ensure excellence in the delivery of care through robust clinical governance measures

Understand and deliver effective strategies to improve unit performance across a range of measures

Ensure that areas of responsibility are maximising bed occupancy and providing efficient levels of staffing

Implement and evaluate audits to ensure the validity and reliability of processes within areas of responsibility

Person requirements

Registered Nurse with full NMC registration.

Current or recent management experience

Completion of a Mentorship qualification and in possession of or part-completion of a management qualification

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
