The service we are recruiting for is based just outside of the M25 loop in Hatfield and offers care and rehabilitation to Children and young adults with a range of mental health related issues and associated challenging behaviours. The role of Nurse in the CAMHS unit can be challenging but especially rewarding.
The company are looking for RMNs with prior experience in a CAMHS environment or a demonstrable passion for helping younger patients through a structured care pathway. There are Senior Nurse and staff level positions available.
While you’ll be RMN qualified and NMC registered, we’ll be looking for a range of qualities that go beyond your qualifications and technical ability. Whether you are currently working elsewhere or returning to practice, you’ll be patient centric with a commitment to delivering high quality care. Finely tuned decision-making skills, communication skills and organisational capacity are a must, while your flexibility and can-do attitude will enable our patients to build on their existing strengths and feel positive about their lives.
