Nursing Home Manager
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum + bonus + benefits (highly competitive)
Location: Stechford, Birmingham
Hours: 37.5 hour contract
Time Recruitment is exclusively working with a small family of care homes across the North East and West Midlands area in their search for a Nursing Home Manager for their flagship Birmingham service which is only 3 miles away from Birmingham City Centre.
The provider has been established for 20 years and specialise in buying, turning around and commissioning new services nationally. The Nursing Home Manager role boasts exceptional support including an in house compliance manager to compliment your quality and governance; a readily available senior leadership team and lots of autonomy.
The Nursing Home Manager Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have responsibility for ensuring compliance with CQC legislation, as well as achieving occupancy and revenue targets. You will be heavily service focussed, with the main aim to provide 5* care within your home. Your key focus here will be to push positive momentum and move the service forward, increase occupancy levels and further build on this homes excellent local reputation.
A 70 bedded care home that has recently received a cash injection for modernisation catering to elderly residents with general nursing, palliative and dementia care needs.
This is a permanent, full time position offering a competitive salary of up £70,000 per annum (Negotiable) plus benefits including:

Firstly and foremost you must come from a care home background, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a management level role. You will have experience of managing challenging yet successful care services, building and developing teams and attaining strong commercial success. It would be an advantage to be nurse qualified with an active NMC pin.
