The Key details are - I am recruiting for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Head of Clinical Services to work in a Private Hospital in Croydon. The unit has been completed to a high specification with its Modern and Contemporary design it enjoys the benefits of up to date modern technology with private parking.
Location: Croydon - within easy access via Train, Bus and car with car park
Salary: £55,000 - £58,000 per annum / £28.20 - £29.74 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week.
Hours: Full Time available - 37.5 Hours Per Week

Further Details about the Role: I am looking to recruit a Head of Clinical Services to join this customer and commercially focused hospital senior management team. As Head of Clinical Services, you will provide clinical leadership and operational management to all clinical service areas. You will promote a patient-focussed service, whilst ensuring the provision is cost-effective and to the highest standards of patient safety. You will need to maintain excellent standards of clinical governance within the unit whilst ensuring you are approachable and accessible to patients, relatives and colleagues.
Person Specification: I am looking for the successful applicant for this Head Of Clinical Services to possess full NMC registration without restrictions. A strong clinical background and track record delivering a change agenda. A strong track record in leading and developing a team and being part of a team. Experience and confidence in effectively managing finances and budgets. Comprehensive understanding of relevant legal and professional care/practice standards and evidence ongoing professional development. Excellent communication and influencing skills. I am looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong track record of leading and developing a high performing clinical team to enhance patient care and customer experience in order to facilitate the best possible clinical outcomes. A commitment to the development of high quality, evidence based acute care is essential, combined with the tenacity and passion required to drive success in a rapidly changing healthcare environment.
