Occupational Health Clinical Manager - Permanent
Package Details: £45,000 - £50,000 p/a + Pension + Sick Pay + Other Benefits (Stated Below)
Contracted Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday - No Evenings or Weekends)
Location: Home Based (UK Travel Required)

Remit:
Raisly Health are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit an Occupational Health Team Leader. We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Occupational Health Team Leader to join a forward-thinking and innovative Occupational Health and Well-being team. You will contribute to the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service and play a key role with the ongoing development of the company and service provision to their clients. This role involves interaction with a key client and the successful candidate will assume full responsibility for the clinical delivery of OH services provided to their client.

The Role:
  • You will ensure your team is thoroughly inducted, trained & well supported so they can provide a competent first-class service to clients which will include the following services: Complex Case Management, Sickness Absence Management, Health Surveillance, Pre-Employment Assessments, Immunisation & Vaccinations and Health Promotion & Wellbeing advice.
  • You will report directly to the Managing Director and assist them in shaping the service provision for the future.
  • Your role includes improving quality and safety standards, delivery of KPI's / targets, service modernisation, cost reduction programme & clinical governance and risk.
  • You will be responsible for the recruitment of your team, short listing candidates, carrying out interviews and offering employment.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse qualification. (RGN or RMN - No Restrictions)
  • Occupational Health qualification ideally recorded on part 3 of the Nursing and Midwifery Council register.
  • Able to work as an independent & autonomous Occupational Health Team Leader.
  • A good team player who possesses effective communication & relationship building skills.
  • A pro-active & motivated person who endeavours all types of challenges.
  • A full UK driving licence. (Desired but not essential)

Package Details:
  • Salary £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
