Hourly Rate: £20 per hour
Full Time: 36 - 42 hours
Location: Crawley

On behalf of an excellent nationwide organisation I am seeking a nurse qualified unit manager to join the team at one of their fantastic Nursing Homes in the Crawley area. The home is medium in size, fully staffed and extremely successful.

The home is a general nursing and dementia Nursing Home in the Crawley area who provide an outstanding service. This exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Nurse/Unit Manager to work alongside the experienced Nursing Home Manager who will support you in the role. Within this wonderful company, you will be provided with on-going training and support, and opportunities to progress your career.

My client are looking to hear from existing Unit Managers and are also welcoming Senior RGN/RMN Nurses with Nursing Home experience to apply for the Nursing Home Manager position. You will have senior management experience and experience of managing teams of people. Please see below for the required skills and experience.

Skills/ Experience of the Unit Manager:
• Nurse Qualified (RGN/RMN) - Active PIN no restrictions.
• Experience of working within a Nursing Home Environment at management level.
• Dynamic & Enthusiastic - excellent people skills.
• NVQ Level 3 or working towards NVQ Level 5.
• Excellent care planning skills.
• Experience of staff recruitment / appraisals.
• Excellent clinical skills.

This position will be suitable for a nurse qualified: Deputy Home Manager, Care Manager, Deputy Manager, Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead Nurse, Manager, Unit Manager, Team Leader, Team Manager.
