An exciting opportunity has become available for a band 6 Junior Sister/Charge Nurse within the Kings Lynn Dialysis Unit. We are looking for individuals with great communication skills to join our management team to deliver kind, safe and excellent care to our patients.

TheKing's LynnDialysis Unit is locatedatthe Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn, Norfolkand you will be employed by Cambridge University Hospital working in partnership with Fresenius Medical Care.

The 17 station satellite unit compromises of 15 stations and 2 isolation rooms, dialysing a mixture of long term dialysis dependent patients from in and around the WestNorfolk area and inpatients from theQueen ElizabethHospital King's Lynn

The service runs from 07:00 - 23:30 Monday - Saturday.

We require an enthusiastic Junior Sister/Charge Nurse who would be able to demonstrate good organisational and communication skills, excellent use of initiative whilst working well within a team

You will work with the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse to provide leadership to the junior staff. Support will be provided to develop your knowledge and skills in haemodialysis. Experience in the management of long term dialysis dependent patients is essential.

You will be offered the opportunity to develop your management and leadership skills as well as increase your specialist knowledge, whilst providing quality care for patients.

Renal course desirable but not essential
