A luxury, 30 bedded elderly nursing home in Hereford is actively recruiting for an experienced RGN, RMN or RNLD.
The fully CQC compliant home encourages service users to lead an active and stimulating lifestyle and provides extensive care and support to enable the best possible quality of life to residents.
What the home is offering and details of this Night Nurse RGN/RMN/RNLD role:
• A permanent contract of 42 hours per week
• Permanent night shifts
• Great rates of pay of £17.00 per hour (NHS Band 6 Equivalent)
As Night Nurse RGN/RMN/RNLD, you will manage the care and medication for a caseload of residents whilst on shift. You will lead and coordinate the team of HCAs on duty and will ensure a high-quality clinical service is maintained.
What we are looking for in a Night Nurse RGN/RMN/RNLD:
• NMC Registered Nurse – Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD
• Ideally experienced in a UK care home setting, or demonstrate a keen interest in working in this sector of care
• Confident managing care and drugs, and able to administer drugs and medications independently
