Chase Medical has an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to take a leading role in the advanced assessment, clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with a wide range of complex conditions who require rehabilitation in the Farnham area.
You'll be working alongside the Therapy Service Manager to plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate the Occupational therapy service to the wards on a day to day basis. You will also be expected to participate in the clinical governance of the organisation including active involvement in audits and reporting.
This will also give you the opportunity to take a lead role in supervision and teaching of Occupational Therapists and other members of the multi-disciplinary team both within a hospital and Community setting as well as demonstrate leadership skills and team management.
You are required to have/be:
- A BSc in Occupational Therapy
- Registered with the HCPC
- A current driving licence and use of car
- Experience working within an NHS in-patient rehabilitation setting
- Computer literate
They are offering a highly competitive Band 7 salary that is negotiable, dependent on experience, as well as 5-6 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays and an NHS Pension in accordance with the Agenda for Change and London weighting.
