An RGN or RMN qualified Deputy Nurse Manager is required to join a small elderly and dementia nursing home in Edinburgh.
The home is purpose built, designed to provide all the features required in a modern day Nursing Care Home whilst maintaining a relaxed, homely atmosphere.
What the home is offering and details of this Deputy Nurse Manager RGN/RMN role:
• 36 - 42 hours per week available
• Days only
• £18.00 per hour (Up to NHS Band 7 Equivalent)
• Supernumerary hours included

As Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) you will provide effective leadership and direction to the care and nursing teams in addition to supporting the Registered Manager in the clinical and operational management of the service.
Applicants for this Deputy Nurse Manager RGN/RMN post should be/have:
• Qualified Adult General Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN
• Up to date NMC registration
• Able to effectively create and manage care plans and undertake clinical risk assessments
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive, motivated and able to provide effective leadership
