Staff Nurse - Neonatal ICU
Division: Planned Care
Care Group: Women & Children's
Band: 5
Salary: £24,214 - £30,112 per annum/pro rata
Interview date: Monday 2nd December 2019
Please note that any applicants who hold a Specialist Neonatal Qualification will also receive an RNR payment of £1500 per annum/pro rata

We are recruiting for a Staff Nurse who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.
The successful post holder will be expected to have an interest in caring for newborns and a drive to develop skills in the speciality of neonatology. The expectation will be that you proceed eventually to undertake the specialist training programme to enable you to care for those babies who require intensive care.
As an Staff Nurse you will ensure that you will act as an advocate for babies' within the area, to ensure there is a patient orientated approach to the delivery of care and to meet standards within the NHS Plan and other relevant guidelines.
As part of our ongoing commitment to professional development we are offering a number of apprenticeships in Leadership and Management, Business Services, Finance, Accounting and HR, Clinical Support Work, Nursing Associate and Assistant Practitioner alongside our in-house comprehensive clinical pathways.
