Registered Nurse Manager
A Registered Nurse is required for a leading complex care provider to become their Registered Manager in Hampshire supporting their Complex Care Clients in the community.
The post is known as a Care Service Manager and you will be responsible for managing a caseload of approx 10 Clients within your region across North Hampshire. The role involves travel and you will work as part of a fully supportive team. Previous experience working as a Registered Manager will be beneficial for this role but not essential as you will be one of 3 new registered managers in Wales & will have the opportunity to develop.
In order to carry out this role you will need to be qualified to Level 4 NVQ Health & Social Care/Care or Level 5 diploma
Our Client offers person-centred care in the home, either through live in or live out care packages to people with a wide range of complex health conditions. They place people at the heart of the services they offer and design packages of care around their care needs and personal preferences. This means they are able to support a care team on a ‘live in’ or ‘live out’ basis.
Our Client is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care in supporting adults and children with Spinal Cord Injuries, Acquired Brain Injuries and long term Neurological conditions such as Motor Neurone Disease and Multiple Sclerosis.

They can offer you the chance to step away from a busy ward setting, and a shift style rota. You will spend time in a one-to-one environment with their clients. You will manage client care packages, review client’s care needs and train / assess staff competencies.
This is a home-based role and will involve travelling to clients within your caseload, giving you the opportunity to build a relationship with clients and meet the care staff working with them. A great reason to choose this role is that it is varied. You will split your time between visiting client’s homes, meeting with local authorities, supporting care staff and working from home.
You will have excellent communication skills to confidently liaise with clients, families and Case Managers
A car owner with a full UK driving licence and willing to travel
Registered Childrens Nurse with at least 2 years post registration experience
Independent, self-motivated and able to work with minimal direct supervision
Computer literate with Microsoft packages
You will be a team player, happy to help your colleagues if needed because they will do the same for you!

This role is 37.5 hours per week, predominately Monday to Friday, however these hours may need to be worked flexibly depending on the work demands of your caseload.
