An RGN/RMN Staff Nurse position has become available in a small private nursing home in Milton Keynes.
The home offers elderly and dementia nursing care and is independently owned and operated, with a strong team already in place.
What the home is offering and details of this Staff Nurse RGN/RMN role:
• Great hourly rates of pay of £15.00 to £16.00 depending on experience (equates to NHS band 6)
• 33 hours per week on a permanent contract
• Day or Night shifts
• A friendly working environment, with a strong management team in place
As a Staff Nurse, you will manage and implement care for a caseload of residents in the home, ensuring care plans are up to date and meeting both resident needs and legal requirements. You will also safely manage and administer drugs and medications, in addition to leading a team of HCAs on shift in the delivery of high-quality care.

• Registered Nurse – Adult Nurse or Mental Health Nurse
• NMC Registered
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive approach and committed to delivering the highest standards of care
• Newly qualified Nurses accepted
