Job Description

Registered Nurse – Community / Complex Care

Our Client has an exciting position for an enthusiastic, passionate and motivated Registered Nurse to work in the community with an established regional team. The post is known as a Care Service Manager and you will be responsible for managing a caseload of approx 10 Clients within your region across the Dorset / Wiltshire area. This is a full time contract with potential to go permanent.

Our Client offers person-centred care in the home, either through live in or live out care packages to people with a wide range of complex health conditions. They place people at the heart of the services they offer and design packages of care around their care needs and personal preferences. This means they are able to support a care team on a ‘live in’ or ‘live out’ basis.

They are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care in supporting adults and children with Spinal Cord Injuries, Acquired Brain Injuries and long term Neurological conditions such as Motor Neurone Disease and Multiple Sclerosis.

They can offer you the chance to step away from a busy ward setting, and a shift style rota. You will spend time in a one-to-one environment with our clients. You will manage client care packages, review client’s care needs and train / assess staff competencies.

This is a home-based role and will involve travelling to clients within your caseload, giving you the opportunity to build a relationship with clients and meet the care staff working with them. A great reason to choose this role is that it is varied. You will split your time between visiting client’s homes, meeting with local authorities, supporting care staff and working from home.
