We are looking to expand our team and are looking to appoint a number of Clinical Care Apprenticeship Trainers over the coming months, across East and West Sussex.

The lowdown on being a Training Consultant

As a Clinical Care Apprenticeship Trainer you will coach and mentor learners in the workplace and remotely, via technology, promoting learning and preparation for assessment, across a range of Apprenticeships and qualifications in the Clinical Care sector. You will work regionally, as part of a team and be attached to a local office base, alongside your colleagues and line management. Given the nature of the task at hand, you will be permanently employed on a full-time basis, but be given complete flexibility to plan your working week to suit your own schedule.

As a Clinical Care Apprenticeship Trainer with Connect2Care you can expect to receive a competitive starting salary between £20,000 - £28,000pa, based on prior sector experience and qualifications PLUS a fantastic, enhanced benefits package that really does come with all the bells and whistles!

Do I need any specific experience or qualifications?

Training and development is at the heart of all we do and that extends to our staff. As long as you have at least 3 years’ experience within the Clinical Care sector, within a setting the provides medical care such as adult nursing, mental health or operating departments, as a Senior Health Care Assistant or qualified PIN registered Nurse and the drive, determination and passion to develop others, then we will develop you!

Please note; that due to the nature of the role we does ask that all our Clinical Care Apprenticeship Trainers have a full UK driving license and access to their own car/motorbike for business travel.
